Specialisations
I work with individuals, couples, families, and professionals and undertake both assessment and treatment
I’ve spent years working within forensic services, providing assessments and expert testimony for criminal, family, and civil cases involving personal injury. My experience spans high secure, medium secure, and low secure settings, including prisons and hospital inpatient work for individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions. As an expert witness, I offer clear, concise, and robust psychological evaluations incuding psychometric tesing, that provide crucial insights into legal cases.
I also specialise in behavioural profiling, helping the criminal justice system understand the motivations and patterns of behaviour in criminal contexts to consider, matters in investigation planning, sentencing pathways and risk of recidivism.
For Employers
I provide comprehensive Work-Based Needs Assessments, which involve evaluating the psychological and emotional factors affecting employees' performance and mental health. Whether addressing stress, burnout, anxiety, or interpersonal dynamics, these assessments are tailored to both employees and employers, offering actionable strategies to foster healthier, more supportive work environments. The goal is to create a balanced work-life dynamic that promotes productivity, engagement, and well-being.
For Cosmetic Surgery Clinics
The General Medical Council has set out standards for cosmetic surgeons in the UK and notes that Surgeons must assess whether a patient is psychologically suitable for the procedure.
Undergoing cosmetic surgery can be a deeply personal decision that impacts both body image and emotional well-being. I conduct Cosmetic Surgery Psychological Assessments to ensure that clients are mentally and emotionally prepared for their procedure. These assessments explore motivations, expectations, and psychological readiness, helping clients make informed, balanced decisions. By addressing underlying concerns, I support individuals in feeling more confident and secure in their choices.

Approaches that Inform My Practice
Polyvagal Theory as a Foundation
Polyvagal Theory informs every approach I offer, focusing on working with the nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, rather than allowing it to work against us. By increasing a person's window of tolerance —the capacity to stay regulated during stress or emotional challenges—through vagal toning techniques, we create a stable foundation for healing and growth. This approach ensures that each therapeutic modality I use, whether it's trauma-focused, body-based, cognitive, creative or spiritual, is grounded in helping clients build safety, resilience, and a deeper connection to their body’s natural wisdom.

Schema-Focused Therapy

Divination tools such as pendulums, cards, automatic writing, akashic records, connection with spirit, numerology, astrology and human design allow a canvas for unconscious projections to gain a wider awareness of the soul and provide a framework of interpretations to consider. In line with Jungian Psychology Spiritual divination can be seen as a reflective tool that helps us connect with deeper levels of the psyche. We develop awareness from that which resonates and that which does not.
